The Project

This new build development is located in SE19 and was aimed at first time buyers. We were asked to create something that looks different to other properties yet aimed at the correct demographic.

The Theme

We went with a more mature theme and wanted to show that not everything always needs to just be black and white. One of our signature looks is going for oversized art, the sets the scene and makes an impact. We also added different layers and textures by having a variety of greenery and showed that even the balcony can be utilised all year round.
