The Project

We were engaged by The Brennan Group to consult and assist in creating gorgeous interiors, a brand fitting for the target market and a brochure and website that stands out from the rest.

The Theme

This new build development is located by Westbourne Grove and has been fitted out with Miele appliances, German kitchens and V&B sanitary ware to name a few. The nineteen apartments were to be sold through the Help to Buy scheme and our buyers are likely to be first time buyers, young professionals. We wanted to appeal to the target market and chose colours that were sophisticated yet not dated. The brand colours and interior staging ended up working in synergy and the overall end result looked cohesive and inviting.
